Who we are
Squadwise is an unincorporated business based in Northern Ireland, and is the controller of the details you give us here. Until our contact email goes live, you can reach us by sending the early-access form with the word "privacy" in the club name field.
What we collect
When you ask for early access we collect your name, email address, club name, your role at the club, and how many squads you want to track.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about getting your club onto Squadwise.
- To understand what kinds of clubs are interested.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch, so we use your details to do that.
Who sees it
Only people working on Squadwise can see these details. They are stored with our database provider, Supabase, which processes the data for us. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for up to 12 months unless you become a Squadwise customer, in which case your details are handled under the Squadwise terms and app privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time using the contact route above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
